Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk - a talented actor, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk was the child of a British father and an Turkish-born mother from England. In her early years Anna appeared in a number of television commercials. Anna relocated to Toronto in Ontario to pursue her acting. The decade that followed, she eventually made the move in Los Angeles.
