Sadie Amara Calvano was born in California and is now an American actress. She gained fame by portraying Violet Plunkett, in CBS's comedy show Mom. Calvano, originally from California, initially had a passion for competitive gymnastics. Later, she decided to pursue a career as an actress. The show aired her on the NCIS CBS episode in the year 2010. The biographical crime film J Edgar was her first large-screen debut a couple of months later. Over the time, she's established herself as a promising young actress within the industry today. In 2011, she was nominated for an award called a Young Artist Award in the category of Outstanding Performance for Young Actresses on TV Series.
