Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a well-known American after winning American Idol's debut season. It was not just the win that catapulted Kelly Clarkson into the limelight and fortune, but it also secured her an arrangement with RCA Records 19 Recordings & S Records to release a variety of albums. Since then, she has released a number of album studios. Three of them reached the US Billboard 200 chart, and others were just a little off. It's a major artists that have come out from American Idol. When she was successful, she experimented with different genres and themes, frequently writing her own songs of her own feelings. Her work was praised by critics and several important awards for her creativity as well as her singing talent. Notably, she's been awarded the Grammy Award a record three times. Aside from her career in music, she's also appeared on television and film. She also wrote the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has been involved with various charitable organizations.
